Originally from the South of France, I trained as a teacher in the UK before I moved to Australia, then New Zealand in 2015. I am passionate about languages in general and learning about different cultures. What I love the most about teaching ESOL is the opportunity to meet people with various backgrounds, and being able to help them achieve their goals.

Hello My name is Johnny and I've been teaching at KEA since January 2014. I'm originally from South Korea but immigrated to NZ when I was in high school. I'm passionate about watching movies from different countries, learning new languages and also love trying international cuisine. As I am a second language learner myself, I understand how to enhance my students' learning.

I have always loved languages and I started my teaching career when I was still at university with Italian and Spanish. In 2001, I decided to focus on English language teaching. It was a good choice. I have worked in many interesting school and places, like the Middle East. I really enjoy working with people from different countries and supporting students in their language learning adventures.

I was born in Auckland and have lived here all my life. In 2013 I finished studying for a Postgraduate Diploma in Language Teaching and since then I have taught people of various ages and abilities and with different goals. My favorite things about teaching English as a second language are getting to know people from different cultures, learning from my students and seeing them progress and achieve their goals.
Roselyn Naidu
Hi, I am Roselyn, and I teach Mathematics and Science at KEA. I am initially from Fiji and I have worked in Fiji and universally in the field of Environmental and Marine Science. I have worked with University of the South Pacific and the University of Fiji as an Assistant Lecturer in Chemistry. I am at present pursuing my PhD at the University of Auckland and attempting to build enthusiasm for science among students at KEA.
