Junior School: Students Aged 11-17
 
General English Plus Conversation
English Level: Beginner/Elementary

Programme details: This programme will help you improve your grammar and the four skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking. The conversational part of the programme focusses on fluency, vocabulary and interacting effectively with English speakers on a variety of topics.  
 
 
 
General English Plus High School Preparation
English Level: Pre-Intermediate/Intermediate

Programme details: Kiwi English Academy has a unique high school preparation programme that prepares students for entry into a New Zealand high school. The programme includes General English plus subject-specific study and academic skills including m athematics, science, economics, accounting and academic writing. Kiwi High School Experience
English Level: Pre-Intermediate

Programme details: This programme offers students from many different countries the opportunity to experience high school life in New Zealand to improve their English and to make friends from around the world. Students are fully integrated into classes with local New Zealand students and stay in a homestay. Placements can be arranged from 1 term to a full year. Kiwi Buddy Programme
English Level: Elementary
Hours: normal high school hours

Programme details: This programme gives high school aged students the opportunity to improve their English, to mix with Kiwi students and experience life at a New Zealand high school. Students include English studies in their daily programme with the local students. This programme normally runs from 2-4 weeks at fixed times.
 
 
 
SUMMER FUN Holiday Programme 
English Level: Beginner +
Dates: 10 Janaury - 4 February 2011
Hours: 15 hours of English per week + afternoon activities
Prices: NZ$3,240 for a 4-week programme, including tuition, homestay accommodation, airport transfers and insurance
Programme details: The programme combines English study with many exciting activities, such as sightseeing around Auckland, watching a Maori Concert, swimming, sailing or hiking in the beautiful Waitakere mountains. Please refer to the  Summer Fun flyer  for activities schedule.
 
 
 
 

Senior School: Students Aged 18+

General English Plus Conversation
English Level: Nil
Hours: 20 hours per week

Programme details: A structured English programme involving grammar and the functional use of English, as well as the four skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking.  A communicative approach encourages students to maximise their opportunities to speak English.
 
General English Plus Exam Preparation
English Level: Pre-Intermediate +
Hours: 25 hours per week

Programme details: Kiwi English Academy offers intensive exam preparation courses including IELTS for General and Academic purposes, Cambridge FCE and CAE exams, TOEFL and TOEIC. The IELTS preparation course runs year-round. The other programmes are run on set dates and are subject to minimum numbers. Kiwi English Academy is a registered TOEIC centre. Programme details: The Academic Preparation course helps prepare students to participate in academic classes at tertiary level and covers a number of necessary skills such as essay writing, note-taking and study skills.
